Build Your Future in Financial Control
We're looking for people who care about helping others manage money better. Not just filling seats—we want folks who bring something real to the table and actually enjoy solving financial puzzles.
What Working Here Actually Looks Like
Forget the corporate jargon. Here's what we're actually about when it comes to building a team.
Real Growth Paths
We don't promise overnight success, but we do map out clear career progressions. Most of our senior team started in junior roles three years ago.
Flexible Working
Some days you're in the office. Other days you're not. We care about results, not tracking who's at their desk at 9am sharp.
Learning Budget
Want to take a course? Attend a conference? Read expensive finance books? We set aside funds each year for professional development that you actually control.
Open Positions for Late 2025
These roles will open in September 2025. We're planning ahead and want to meet people early.

People You'd Work With
A couple of team members who've been around for a while and can tell you what it's really like.

Rhett Caldwell
Senior Financial Analyst
Started here as a junior analyst in 2022. Now leads a small team working on expense tracking features. Used to work in traditional banking and honestly prefers the pace here—less bureaucracy, more actual problem-solving.

Leander Moss
Product Team Lead
Joined in early 2023 after freelancing for years. Manages product development and works closely with design and engineering. Says the best part is actually seeing features launch and hearing client feedback within weeks, not months.
How Our Hiring Actually Works
No tricks or surprise tests. Just a straightforward process that respects your time.
Initial Chat
A 30-minute video call to get to know each other. We talk about the role, you ask questions, and we figure out if there's potential fit. No pressure, no formal presentation required.
Skills Assessment
A small practical task related to the actual work you'd be doing. Takes maybe two hours. We pay for your time if it's more than that. No spec work or free consulting disguised as an interview.
Team Meeting
Come meet the people you'd actually work with. Usually over coffee or lunch. We'll discuss your assessment, answer more questions, and see how everyone clicks.
Decision & Offer
We move fast on decisions—usually within a week. If it's a yes, we'll send a clear offer with all the details. If it's a no, we'll explain why and stay in touch for future opportunities.
